THE HOUSE is located in the centre of Porto Ottiolu and it is a part of a bigger house with the private garden.
The design is strongly connected to the architectural style of this area, thanks to rustic details, earthenware tile floors as well as traditional and precious coloured ceramic of Cerasarda.
The house has two main floors plus a roof walking floor.
On the ground floor there are: totally independent outbuilding, with bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and large veranda ending on the garden, where there are also utility room, fireplace, dining are with granite table and brickwork seats.
On the first floor, reachable using outdoor stairs, there are: entrance, living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, utility rooms and verandas. On the solarium, there is a large terrace with a breath-taking scenery with the seaview.
On the terrace it is possible to build a new flat. According to the approved blueprint (taxes already paid) it is possible to build: 2 bedrooms, living room with kitchenette, bathroom and Seaview veranda.
The house is at walking distance from the tourist marina and from the white sand beach. 20 minutes by car, driving on the new 4 lanes highway, it is possible to reach the airport and the harbour of Olbia. At 5 minutes distance, instead, there is very famous tourist village of San Teodoro, close to some of the most beautiful beaches of Gallura and Ogliastra. The house is certified, tested and the safety standard compliance certificated has been already issued. A 7.50 metres long boat dock is available in the tourist marina.
