THE HOUSE, surrounded by a private garden, is located in the centre of Porto Ottiolu. The building style complies with the local architectural style, with rustic details, earthenware tile floors as well as the distinctive coloured Cerasarda ceramic, one of the most famous products of Sardinia.
The two floor house has a walking roof. Part of it is a terrace with the seaview.

The house is within walking distance of the tourist marina and from the white sand beach. 20 minutes away by car, driving on the new 4 lanes highway, it is possible to reach the airport and the harbour of Olbia. At 5 minutes distance, instead, there is very famous tourist village of San Teodoro, close to some of the most beautiful beaches of Gallura and Ogliastra. The house is certified, tested and the safety standard compliance certificate has been already issued. A 7.50 metres long boat dock is available in the tourist marina.
