Respect for nature, tradition and modernity are the key words to describe the villa of Tenute Monte Tondo.
Respect for nature: the villa fits perfectly into the naturalistic context characterized by the Mediterranean scrub, typical of the island. The areas outside the villa are all accessible through pedestrian and vehicular paths and the greenery is irrigated by a well complete with water reserve. The dominant position of the villa with respect to the surrounding area allows you to enjoy a view of the surrounding valley of rare beauty. The farm is located on a hill, halfway between Olbia and Arzachena, just 15 minutes from the splendid Rena Bianca beach and 20 minutes from Porto Cervo.
Tradition: the villa, built with particular attention and attention to detail, respects the Sardinian style and tradition thanks to the use of typical local materials exclusively worked by the master craftsmen of the area. Marble, San Giacomo granite, chestnut woods and aged tiles blend together to create a jewel hidden among myrtle and mastic bushes.
Modernity: in the villa of Tenute Monte Rotondo, tradition is intertwined with advanced technology, to give its inhabitants a typical experience of the place without sacrificing the comfort and functionality of a modern home. Thermal glass, corten steel, brass: all possible solutions were adopted in the construction to build a welcoming, comfortable and functional villa. Particular attention was paid to thermal insulation, insulation from humidity and the total correction of thermal bridges.
Inside, the villa consists of: 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room with the possibility of creating a fireplace and large windows overlooking the pool, large covered veranda overlooking the surrounding landscape surrounded by greenery and nature, kitchen and hallway wardrobe. A panoramic swimming pool with related technical rooms was built surrounded by a green natural setting of olive trees, myrtles, strawberry trees and a suggestive hilly landscape.
