Designed by Arch. Simone Muntone, the refined attic is located in a central area of the city, inside of an elegant building.
The attic is 5 minutes driving from the beaches of Pittulongu, Bados, Cala Banana, Cala Sassari and Porto Istana.
In the surroundings all main services are available.
The flat has: 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms (with the possibility to build a fireplace), large kitchen, 2 utility rooms, one multipurpose room with fireplace.
From the interior stairs it is possible to reach the walking roof where there is a large terrace with a breath-taking view of Olbia and Tavolara island.
The attic has large covered and uncovered verandas.
All materials used were chosen thoroughly on the market.
Floors and upholsteries are made of first choice materials. Inner doors are made of white varnished solid wood whereas the outer doors and windows are made of solid wood, certified Saint Gobain gas filled double glazing, with 10 years warranty.
We chose LEDs technology for the lighting in order to reach the best efficiency. Heating system is already available whereas for conditioning system there is only the set up.
Together to the flat a private car slot is also available, in a large parking area.
The building is certified, tested and the safety standard compliance certificate has been already issued. Changes and customizations are allowed.
